Bingung mau masak menu apa untuk hari ini? Yuk coba resep berikut. Perpaduan ayam fillet crispy dengan parmesan yang pasti gurih dan lezat. Digoreng menggunakan airfryer, tentu akan lebih sehat!
Crispy Parmesan Chicken
Bahan:
6 buah dada ayam fillet
3 butir telur, kocok
1 1/2 cangkir tepung
2 cangkir tepung Panko
1 cangkir cornflakes, tumbuk kasar
1/2 cangkir keju Parmesan
1 1/2 sendok teh bubuk bawang putih
2 sendok makan bubuk daun peterseli
1/2 sendok teh garam dan merica
Cara membuat:
1. Pukul-pukul dada ayam hingga memiliki ketebalan 1 cm.
2. Kocok telur dalan mangkuk dan sisihkan. Siapkan piring, campurkan tepung, garam dan merica.
3. Dalam piring kedua, kombinasikan tepung Panko, cornflakes, parmesan, peterseli, dan bubuk bawang putih.
4. Celupkan ayam dalam tepung terlebih dahulu kemudian telur, lalu gulingkan ke campuran panko. Tekan-tekan agar tepung panko menempel sempurna.
5. Oleskan sedikit minyak zaitun pada keranjang airfryer, atau Anda bisa gunakan cooking spray.
6. Panaskan airfryer dengan suhu 180°c selama 2 menit.
7. Masukkan ayam pada keranjang airfryer, masak selama 15 menit. Jangan lupa untuk membalikkan ayam saat tengah dimasak.
8. Jika sudah kuning keemasan, angkat ayam. Sajikan.
